This retreat is an invitation to slow down deeply. To soften, to regulate your nervous system and to let your body remember its natural rhythm.
Through somatic practices, yoga, breathwork, meditation and nature immersion, we create space for deep presence and clarity to arise without forcing. It’s not about pushing a vision. It’s about reconnecting with your inner compass and planting potent seeds for what truly wants to be born through you.
Instead of searching for answers, we cultivate the conditions for insight to unfold naturally. As the external noise settles, the inner compass becomes clearer and new directions begin to reveal themselves.
Each day follows a gentle rhythm designed to support this process of exploration and integration. Through creative embodiment workshops, passion games, heart-centred communication and vision quest, you are invited to explore yourself in truth and authenticity. Sensing what wants to emerge and anchoring intentions that rise from the body, not the mind.

Your booking becomes binding once the upfront payment has been received. Free cancellation and full payback of your payment is possible up to 21 days before the retreat. In case of cancellation less then 21 days before the retreat, your payment will be held in as a cancellation fee. This fee can be credited toward participation in a future retreat by Ananta Holistic.
